To motivate, train & develop skills of newly recruited trainees
To fulfill the need of trained operators
To achieve the goals and objectives of Spinning Mills under Sara Elgi group

The following facilities are provided in the Training School for conducting class-room awareness and on-the-job training programs.

Training Hall

Training hall is well equipped with state of the art of training facilities for conducting the training to the newly recruited trainees.

Training Centre

Training Centre has got pilot machines to run in slow, medium and high speeds for easy and early learning of working skills.

Library

Library has got textile magazines and books to update knowledge of employees.

Period of Training

The training period for newly recruited trainees of different process / operations is

Preparatory – 60 days
Spinning – 90 days
Auto-Coner & TFO – 30 days
Open-End Spinning – 30 days
