The operating environment of Cotton and Yarn segment remained unfavourable since 2021- 2022. With the objective to preserve the value of the plant assets (being in shut down condition), the Management after evaluating various options, decided to sell the assets of the company’s Manufacturing Division of Super B Unit at Kotnur Village, Andhra Pradesh. Following the approval of the shareholders, the Company discontinued its Textile operations and sold the plant & machineries.

Consequent to sale/transfer of the assets, the management after considering that there are several opportunities with commercial property has changed its nature of business to the real estate sector as covered and permissible under the Memorandum of Association.
